Stephen Ministry is a one-to-one lay caring ministry. As a Stephen Ministry parish we equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, or relocation.
A Stephen Minister usually provides care to one person at a time, meeting with that person once a week for about an hour. Twice a month, Stephen Ministers gather with their Stephen Leaders for supervision and continuing education.
Perhaps you or someone you know may benefit from having a Stephen Minister. Or maybe you are interested in finding out if serving as a Stephen Minister is for you. Complete the information request on the left and a Stephen Leader will contact you.
