Share Your Christmas is a parish project designed to share the joy of Christmas with those in the Durham community who are in need. Names and gift suggestions are provided by Durham Social Services. In late November, participating parishioners select a name and purchase the gift. The wrapped gift is returned to the church in early December. Committee members coordinate the project, make the gift tags, track the gift buyers’ names and phone numbers, and bundle the gifts for distribution. The primary time commitment for this project is from late November until early December.
SHARE YOUR CHRISTMAS
You are invited to buy a present, a coat, and/or a grocery card for members of the Durham County community. The yarn ministry will also collect socks and underwear to donate to the homeless at Immaculate Conception Parish in Camden, NJ.
