Planning Center Services

If you haven't logged into Planning Center Services yet or forgot your password, don't worry, it's easy to get a new password:

1. On your computer or device browser, go to https://login.planningcenteronline.com/password_reset/new  and enter your email address (not phone) and hit the "Send Code" button. 
2. Within a few moments you'll receive an email from Planning Center in your inbox with a code.  Enter that code in the Password Reset box, and hit the "Continue" button. 
3. On the next screen enter your password twice (be sure to follow the directions to create a valid password) then hit the "Set Password" button. 
4. You'll then be logged into Planning Center.  You can now use this password to login on your computer or your app on your phone or tablet.

1. Login to Planning Center Services via web browser or open your app
2. In the web browser, click on "My Schedule" near the top left.  In the app, tap on "Schedule" on the bottom left.  Any signups that you are elligible for will appear at the top, and below that any times you have been scheduled.
3. Note you will also receive an email and, if you are using the app and have it enabled, pop up notifications on your phone or tablet when you are scheduled, as well as a reminder a few days before.

1. After you have logged in via web browser or in the app, click or tap on the circle with your initials or picture in the top right corner, this will bring up a dashboard where you can see your activity. 
2. In the web browser, click on the drop down menu next to your name and click edit.  In the app click on the Edit link at the top right. 
3. Enter in any updated information such as a corrected or second email, a phone number, etc.  We would love to have everyone put a photo in their profile to help us learn names! 
4. Once you have updated the information, click "Save" in the web browser or tap "Update" on the app.

If you received an email notification that signups for your ministry are open, click on the "View Signup Sheet" button and you will bet taken to the list of available signups in your browser or in the app.  If you didn't receive an email notification, you can still login to Planning Center via web browser or in your app and see available signups.  In your browser, click on the "My Schedule" tab near the top right.  In the app, tap on the "Schedule" button at the very bottom left of the screen.  You will see a signup section as well as the dates that you are already scheduled for.
2. In the web browser, click on the "Sign up" link and you will be taken to a page with all of the signups you are elligble for.  Simply click on the green "Sign up" button for the ministry, date, and time you want to sign up for, click accept, and you're good to go.
3. In the app, tap on the "Sing up" link and you will see a list of all possible signups you are elligble for.  Check the box for all of the ministries, dates, and times you want to sign up for, then tap the "Sign Up" link at the top right.  
4. Note that when you go back to the "My Schedule" page or tab, you'll now see the for which you signed up.

2. In the web browser, click on "My Schedule" near the top left.  In the app, tap on "Schedule" on the bottom left.
3. You will see a button that says "Blackout Dates" or "Add Blockout", hit that.
4. Enter in the range of dates you are not available.  If you want to block out just part of a day, unselect the "All Day" slider button and times will appear along with dates.
5. In the app, you add one day/time at a time.  In the browser you can select multiple dates and times before clicking the save button.
6. Note, it is not necessary to provide a reason for the blockout.

1. Begin instruction

Yes!  We are working on setting up "households" in Planning Center Services.  Please email your ministry leader if you should be placed in a household with others, along with the names of the other liturgical ministers in your household.  Once you are in a household you can go to your profile and under your preferred serving times, also edit your preferred household scheduling, such as ensuring that you are scheduled on the same dates if you like.  You can also set up your accounts so that you can accept or decline assignments on behalf of other members of your household, block out dates, etc.  To learn more about this functionality, click here.

This is best done via web browser...

1. Login to Planning Center Services via web browser.
2. Click on "My Schedule" in the upper left of the screen.
3. Under the month calendar near the top left, select iCal or Google from the Subcribe drop down.
4. The calendar will now appear on your list of calendars you can add to your view.
