How does God want us to act toward others? That question is answered in today’s readings. In Exodus, God tells the Chosen People how to treat strangers, widows, orphans, and others in difficult circumstances, and explains why.
Pope Francis writes, “Not everything is equally central, because there is an order or hierarchy among the truths of the Church, and this holds true as much for the dogmas of faith as for the whole corpus of the Church’s teaching, including her moral teaching.”
The Share Your Christmas Ministry will begin the 2023 holiday season in the next few weeks! You are invited to buy a present, a gift card, and/or a child’s coat for members of the Durham County community.

Starting the weekend of October 28th and 29th, parishioners are welcome to bring photos of deceased loved ones for the Altar of Remembrance in the Narthex.
On October 22nd at 10 am Fr. Robert will bless our new Prayer Labyrinth, located behind the DeSales Center on the hill across the parking lot next to the woods.
