Rainbows for All Children coming soon to Holy Infant

Come to an information session to learn about this grief support group ministry and how to become a Rainbows facilitator.

Rainbows for All Children is an international grief support program for children that meets in a weekly peer support small group.

Any child who has experienced a loss/change in his/her life can participate. This loss/change could be due to a death, separation of family, loss of a pet, deployment/relocation, and many other reasons.

After experiencing a loss, children need support to know they are not alone and that the intense feelings they experience are normal. Sharing feelings and thoughts in a supportive setting with peers helps to heal their emotional wounds.  Each group is led by trained facilitators.

Rainbows is confidential for the participants; however, it is not counseling or therapy.  Facilitators guide the individuals though their weekly sessions using workbooks, games and activities.

We invite you to meet with us to learn about this ministry and about becoming a facilitator on Sunday, July 14 after the 8:30 am Mass (about 9:30 am) in the Parish Center Living Room.
