Post-abortion healing groups available this summer

Pregnancy Support Service and Project Rachel offering programs.

Abortion is experienced by millions of woman, many of whom are Catholic. Many of these women suffer in silence with shame and guilt. As much as abortion is in the news, it remains a taboo subject in the church and in the lives of those suffering.  Pregnancy Support Services (PSS) and the Project Rachel ministry are safe places for women and men to tell their stories.

This summer, these two groups are offering support and opportunities for reflection, healing and forgiveness.

Pregnancy Support Services Bible study

Forgiven and Set Free, an eight-week Post Abortion Bible study, will be offered on Thursday evenings beginning June 20 through August 15 (except July 4) from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Any woman with abortion in her past can register by calling the PSS office at 919-490-0203 and speaking to Priscilla or Heather.
