To comply with COVID-19 mandates and ensure the safety of everyone involved, the opening Mass of the National Prayer Vigil for Life will be invitation only. EWTN will still televise the Mass so that millions can participate remotely.
For those not traveling to Washington D.C., the January 28 opening Mass of the National Prayer Vigil for Life has been moved from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Eastern), to allow greater participation by viewers across the country.
That Mass will be followed by a series of Holy Hours throughout the night, in various locations, taking advantage of our different time zones. The 8 a.m. (Eastern) closing Mass on January 29 at the basilica will also be televised by EWTN.
