Elected officials, business leaders will join conversation

Durham Congregations, Associations and Neighborhoods will launch its Jobs and Living Wage Campaign with an assembly on March 21 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at Monument of Faith Church at 900 Simmons St. in Durham. 

For the past year, Durham CAN has been holding listening sessions and negotiating with elected officials and local business leaders. The March 21 meeting will include Mayor Steve Schewel, the Durham City Council and local business leaders from Duke, Go Triangle, Durham Technical Community College and the Office of Economic and Workforce Development. Learn more about Durham's Living Wage Project
