Deacon Michael Coveyou to be Ordained on June 23

All are invited to the ordination of Deacon Coveyou, whom Holy Infant children and families have prayed for and written to for the past several years.

Over the past several years, the children & families preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion have been praying for and writing to Deacon Michael Coveyou.  We are happy to announce that Deacon Michael Coveyou will be ordained  this summer.  The Office of Vocations within the Diocese of Raleigh invites all to join the seminarians of the Diocese of Raleigh for Holy Hour on June 22 at 7 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh.  Additionally, ordination, which is open to the public, is scheduled for June 23 at 10 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral.  Please continue to pray for vocations, that those who are called will serve the Church will do so with unfailing love, courage and vision for the people whom they serve.  May the Holy Spirit guide them to be faithful to the Gospel and proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.
