Bishop Zarama has waived the Sunday Mass obligation in the Diocese of Raleigh. Daily and weekend Masses will still be celebrated at Holy Infant. Parishioners are encouraged to use their own discretion in deciding whether to attend and to refer to our statement regarding prevention measures during Masses.
To help contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the following parish activities are canceled:
Remaining Knights of Columbus fish fry dinners (March 20 and 27), the Faith First Passover Seder (April 4), and the altar server pizza party (March 24)
In-person meetings of all Faith Development programming for children and youth until Easter. This includes: Liturgy of the Word with Children, Children's Sunday morning Faith Development sessions, First Eucharist Preparation, JYM, TYM, and Confirmation Preparation. Information about at-home faith formation will be sent to families with children and youth.
We are also exploring ways to support both the physical and spiritual needs of our parish family and the community as we adjust to these new circumstances. We continue to monitor local developments to inform our decisions. Check your email, the parish website, and our Facebook and Twitter feeds for parish updates regarding this rapidly changing situation.
