​Neighbor to Neighbor is an outreach project that includes picking up and receiving donations of furniture and household items and then distributing them to families in need. We deliver to all the Durham Housing Authority communities, as well as to families who are moving from shelters to homes (including those sponsored by Families Moving Forward) and those referred to us by various individuals and groups. A major new initiative is completely furnishing homes for refugees coming to Durham who are being sponsored by Church World Service.

Donate Items

• Used items should be gently used, clean, and fully-functional
• Smaller items may be dropped off at Duke Memorial on Sunday mornings or by appointment
• Use the "Donation Pick-Up Request" online form for all Furniture & Large item donations
