Operations and Planning
Collection Counters work in teams of three or more to tabulate the weekly offertory and special collections. Those volunteering for this ministry must be a registered member of Holy Infant contributing Time, Talent and Treasure for at least six months.
Committee members volunteer their skills for parish maintenance projects and the repair/refurbishment of equipment and facilities. People with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other related skills are needed. Members are called for specific projects as needed, matching skills and project requirements. The Committee meets on an ad hoc basis several times a year.
Office Volunteers help in the parish office on an as-needed basis. They assist with reception, answering phones, and a variety of office duties such as photocopying materials and preparing mailings.
Parish Planning Committee
The Planning Committee is charged with the responsibility of developing and implementing a parish planning process that evaluates existing programs and resources and formulates long-term (strategic) and annual (operational) plans based on the goals of a Christ-centered, mission-focused, results-oriented parish.
