Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinic is on October 22 & 23

  Flu shots will be available to individuals ages 10 and up after all Masses on October 22 and 23. A COVID vaccine will also be available for those who are eligible. Please bring any previous COVID vaccination cards with you.
  
  Shots will be given in the family room just off the Narthex. Drive-up flu shots are available. Bring your insurance card and filled-out screening form. Screening forms are available on this page and will also be available on-site.
  
  Please fill out one form for each person who would like a shot.
