As the tragic events unfold in Ukraine, Pope Francis will lead an Act of Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the Feast of the Annunciation on Friday, March 25. Bishop Luis Zarama invites parish communities to join him in prayer and solidarity in support of the Holy Father.
How to participate:
PRAY IN COMMUNITY: Our parish will join in solidarity with the Holy Father by saying the rosary together in the Chapel at noon on Friday, March 25.
PRAY AT HOME: Download the prayer of Consecration from the Holy Father here. All of the faithful are invited to recite this prayer on March 25 so that God’s Holy People may raise a heartfelt and choral plea to Mary our Mother.
WATCH AT HOME: Bookmark this page to follow the events from the Vatican on March 25. The Act of Consecration will take place in the context of a Celebration of Penance to be held in Saint Peter’s Basilica at 5 p.m, Rome time/12 p.m. EST.
