Daughters of St. Francis de Sales

The Daughters of St Francis de Sales are members of the spiritual family of the Association of St. Francis de Sales.  Lay Catholic women whether single, married, or widowed, live their lives grounded in the Gospel and the spirit of St. Francis de Sales following this 'Gentle Saint' along their journey toward God.

The Association is an international group with members living in 24 countries around the world. In November 2018, a new group was approved here in North Carolina. The North Carolina Group has taken as its patron Madame Caroline Carre, the foundress of the Daughters. Madame Carre wrote, “be delicately attentive to the least whisper of the Holy Spirit.”
