"Our event was a success in every way!" said Holy Infant team captain Amy Mackin. "And we exceeded our fundraising goal with $2,050 of donations. Many thanks to everyone in the parish who helped us fight hunger locally and globally." IMPACT IS FARREACHING
In 2018, Durham walkers raised $158,900 for local organizations and programs as well as Church World Service projects. Among the Durham agencies that received nearly $40,000 from those donations are Families Moving Forward, Housing for New Hope, Meals on Wheels and Urban Ministries of Durham.
