Durham Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful public witness of pro-life Americans praying for the protection of all human life (born and unborn), for those in crisis pregnancies, and for an end to all abortions.
The event will take place on October 4, 2020, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (90 minutes), on Fayetteville Road in Durham (across from the Streets of Southpoint between Renaissance Parkway and Herndon Road).
National signs will be available on site. Examples include “Abortion Kills Children”, “Adoption the Loving Option”, “Pray for an End to Abortion”, and others. All are welcomed to bring a folding chair and water. Participants will be praying silently and standing on the sidewalk not blocking the pedestrian right of way; standing 10 feet apart; and wearing face masks when social distancing is less than 6 feet apart.
